SHOULD I GET COACHING OR THERAPY SERVICES?
This question depends on your goals. If there are any mental health issues that need to be addressed, such as anxiety or depression, therapy is the best option. If you are using insurance therapy may be covered. Coaching is not usually covered by insurance.
